Hello! I'm Kelly, based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.  From identifying clients needs and offering tailored advice in retail banking, risk assessing patients in healthcare, and aligning cross-functional team members and stakeholders in UX design, the silver string that ties it all together has always been the customer experience.  I have developed a deep understanding of how to help customers achieve their goals, drive business results, and provide an excellent customer experience in any industry.
